Our Client is a brand experience agency and they are looking for an Executive Producer to join their team in a FT capacity. The client is a full-service agency delivering a portfolio of global conferences, tradeshows, exhibitions, popups, festivals and activations. The company delivers events and experience for a diverse array of brands across numerous verticals.

The Role
The Executive Producer is an integral position in the agency. They are responsible for working with and managing key clients to create, plan and deliver a wide range of events, activations and experiences. The Executive Producer will be responsible for the end to end delivery of all events and projects, working closely with the creative, technical and accounts teams to bring the events to life! If you love to deliver exceptional and challenging events for major brands, then this is the role for you! Remote hybrid within the New York City area.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating all aspects of events from pre-production through to brief, ideation, budgeting, planning, event delivery and post-production. You will be working across a multitude of projects at the same time
  • Client relationship management and communications
  • Owning and spearheading projects end to end; flexibility to work both in person in office as well as independently and remotely a must
  • Managing project timelines, production schedules, critical paths, run sheets and supplier contracts
  • Managing project budgets ($500K to $M+) and reporting to ensure financial profitability and value for clients
  • Contracting and managing suppliers and vendors including venues, technical, hospitality, transport, audio visual, etc.
  • Participating in the creative and strategy process including ideation, design, workshops, presentations, etc.
  • Contributing to the pitch and proposal process including RFPs, SOWs, and project timelines
  • Conducting site inspections and client presentations
  • Managing production staff
  • Ensuring the highest level of service to all clients
  • Continually looking for ways to innovate and bring brands to life through brand experience and experiential solutions

This Job is Ideal for Someone who has

  • 10+ years Agency experience required, preferably as a Senior Producer and/or Executive Producer
  • Experience delivering summits, global conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, tradeshows, and experiential and live production
  • Experience working with high profile and C-level clients of Fortune 500 brands
  • Experience with video production and digital content production (film, video, 3D, VR/AR)
  • Proven experience working with multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for events and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure agency environment
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Experience managing and writing Client briefs
  • Proven experience managing large event production budgets
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • Flexible, dependable, detail orientated, innovative, motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional events
  • A thorough understanding of permitting standards and procurement
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently remotely. This role will be remote to start and eventually will return to office once permitted.
  • The Candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; as well as participate in overnight travel for events
  • Local and interstate travel may be required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

The anticipated package for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 + benefits, dependent on experience.
