York Solutions is hiring a Marketing Analyst. This will be a dedicated short-term assignment to support business growth across a wide array of client accounts across various retail categories. The role will develop creative multi-channel, integrated marketing solutions across digital channels and platforms for clients. Given the dynamic nature of the work, the contractor will need to learn and adapt quickly to provide a high level of customer service to clients. The contractor will need strong communication and provide timely responses to requests and proactive resolution of potential issues. The contractor will need to be able to consult on category trends and marketing needs, assist and build client campaign proposals, and present strategic recommendations based on the client’s key objectives, through compelling and effective guidance on specific media tactics and creative needs. Additionally, the contractor will be expected to build audience strategies, media mix allocations, creative and media strategies that are aligned to the client’s priorities and rooted in category and brand insight, as well as leverage historical media performance. The contractor will be able to partner with various cross-functional teams and will be advertising sales-driven, curious, and ready to dive into the data.
