Responsibilities
Own, develop, and manage internal and external agency organic search strategy and tactics
Manage, measure, and evaluate organic search agency performance
Develop strategy to maximize brand and non-brand visibility, page rank, and conversions with traditional organic search and future AI overview results
Own content strategy, partnering with external agencies to produce engaging, organic search content for digital properties
Track, measure, and report on the impact of organic search strategies on page ranking, leads, and new customer acquisition
Identify and drive technical enhancements that improve page rank performance
Proactively identify and address on-page organic search opportunities including technical SEO
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 7+ years
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience driving organic search leads and sales growth for a recurring service model or eCommerce
Ability to analyze external data sources and internal Google Analytics reporting to drive performance improvement
Experience collaborating with creative services to produce compelling, results-driven content
Strong attention to detail; comfortable with ambiguity; self-starter; able to lead strategy and activate programs
Experience developing and managing a budget; agency experience and agency management preferred
Google Analytics Certification a plus

Leverage the digital marketing mix to drive online sales growth and new customer acquisition
Develop marketing and advertising campaigns from strategic concept to completion
Develop target customer profiles, positioning, and value propositions for existing and new products and services
Translate complex concepts into key messages
Recommend and implement changes to campaigns and web content to stay competitive and drive conversion
Collaborate with internal teams on product messaging and campaigns to drive results
Advocate for end-user experience through data- and research-driven methods
Ensure alignment between Product, Business, and Platform priorities within overall strategy
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
