COMMUNITY MANAGER The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. As a Community Manager, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. Personnel Management: Use consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff Financial Management: Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue & leasing improvement Strategic Leasing Management: Develop yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems Administrative & Maintenance Management: Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis Education/experience High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear License/equipment Must have reliable transportation due to the emergency on-call requirement At Asset Living, a variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to: skill set, background and training, certifications, etc. Salary Range : $70,000.00-$85,000.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
