You will be joining a 1099 contractor role with opportunities to grow within a network of real estate professionals. Responsibilities Photograph residential and commercial properties as part of the Virtuance Real Estate Photography Team. Collaborate with clients and the team to deliver high-quality images and products. Requirements to be Successful Meet all equipment requirements (listed below) and maintain an excellent customer service commitment. Available 2 days a week (Monday – Friday). Reliable Internet connection. Own a current and valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to travel to shoots. Be excited about joining Virtuance’s network of real estate professionals. Equipment Requirements Digital SLR body capable of Bracketing 5+ in AEB mode. Wide-angle lens (no primes). Sturdy tripod. Ball head. Laptop (Windows 32-bit/64-bit or Mac OS X). Theta Z1 camera (can be leased through Virtuance). Smartphone (iPhone 11 or newer or Android). Please review the Qualified Equipment List to ensure compatibility with our system. Compensation We offer compensation based on projects completed, paying a percentage of the total package price. Typical ranges may vary (e.g., $40–$250+ per job) depending on products ordered. You will complete a remote certification course and provide test photos to demonstrate real estate photography competency.
