Responsibilities
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor associate compliance and maintain supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; train, support, and model policies; identify training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates and leaders.
- Foster an inclusive environment: respect the individual, build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.
- Act with integrity by upholding high standards of ethics and compliance, modeling Walmart values, and promoting accountability and respect for the organization and its stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
- Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ, based on location) and stock.
