A Day in the Life
- Provide graphic production and digital support: production designer finalizing graphic files, posting and distributing files, managing asset database, and ensuring master brand compliance.
- Manage materials library and assets.
- Produce print/digital-ready layouts with timely delivery while ensuring Medtronic Masterbrand compliance with minimal supervision.
- Layout copy, images, and build charts/graphs per designer or project manager’s instruction.
- Perform production-level revisions to digital images and illustrations.
- Request print estimates and manage the bidding process and vendor quality control.
- Work with outside vendors to deliver final print-ready and digital-ready files.
- Provide support to Marketing by supplying images and graphic elements for materials developed outside MarCom.
- Quality control: ensure accuracy by applying master brand guidelines, creative process, and internal proofing.
- Adhere to all Medtronic digital and social media guidelines and legal/regulatory compliance to deliver the brand strategy.
- Ensure legal & regulatory, digital policy and master brand compliance.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma and 6+ years graphic design experience OR
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years graphic design experience OR
- Advanced Degree and 2+ years graphic design experience
Nice to Have
- Degree in Marketing, digital marketing, or graphic arts
- 5+ years experience in graphic design in medical device or other highly regulated industry
- Working knowledge of legal and regulatory digital policy and master brand compliance

Benefits & Compensation
Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. The base salary range is applicable across the United States (excluding certain locations) and may vary based on experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Benefits and compensation details pertain to regular employees (20+ hours/week) and may include health, dental, vision insurance, HSA/Healthcare FSA, life insurance, disability leave, retirement plans, paid time off, and other programs.
Salary ranges for U.S. locations (USD): $63,200.00 - $94,800.00. This position may be eligible for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
