We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping and maintaining our organization\'s public image. You will work closely with the Public Relations Manager to develop and implement effective PR strategies that enhance our brand\'s visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and disseminate press releases and media kits
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events
• Establish and maintain relationships with key media contacts
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception
• Create and manage content for social media platforms
• Support crisis communication initiatives when necessary

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or communications
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
