In this role, you’ll be right in the action, helping customers with questions, issues, and navigating their Frontier services to ensure they feel supported, heard, and valued.

As a Customer Support Associate, you’ll be the friendly voice and knowledgeable partner for our customers—answering their inquiries, providing guidance on service options, and resolving issues so their experience with Frontier is seamless. The Customer Support Associate collaborates with team members to ensure accurate account updates, route feedback to product and support teams, and build trust through every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Support Associate Meet with customers on-site to address questions, concerns, and service needs related to Frontier’s internet, TV, and phone offerings. Troubleshoot common service issues in the field, assist with device setup and connectivity, and ensure services are operating at peak performance. Present and recommend Frontier plans, upgrades, and add-ons that align with each customer’s lifestyle and usage helping them get the most value while driving sales growth. Document visits thoroughly, updating service records, account changes, and follow-up actions in Frontier’s CRM to ensure a seamless support experience. Follow up on open issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong customer satisfaction after your visit. Provide valuable customer feedback to internal teams, helping to improve Frontier’s service quality, support tools, and field operations.
