Position Location: Washington, DC Responsibilities Web Developer on the Resource Planning Office (RPO) team, re-architecting and modernizing high-visibility web applications that support strategic and program management functions across the Bureau. Design, build, and integrate custom software solutions to improve business operations and manage technology change complexity. Analyze system performance standards, collaborate with users and engineers to understand workflows, and integrate legacy systems. Develop cloud-native architectures and RESTful microservices. Qualifications and Experience Security clearance: Active Top Secret security clearance (special consideration for cleared professionals). Education: Bachelors Degree with 5 years of related experience. Technical experience: Angular 2+, Java, Spring Boot, AWS Developer Tools, PostgreSQL. Strong problem-solving skills with experience in Agile and DevOps practices; ability to adapt to dynamic project needs.
