Responsibilities
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity of the area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions to take or make recommendations to resolve them.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
- Respect the Individual and build high-performing teams, fostering belonging and opportunities for all associates.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, plus potential RPZ adjustments and stock for certain positions.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR
- 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR
- 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR
- 2 years supervisory experience.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
