What you’ll do

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or recommendations. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and other position-specific incentives.

Minimum qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Preferred qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience supervising associates
• Walmart Logistics Manager experience
• Bachelors degrees in Business or Logistics
