About the Role

We’re seeking a versatile and motivated Digital SEO & Web Design Specialist to support the integration of SEO strategies into our newly redesigned website and newsletter platform. This role bridges SEO management, UI/UX design, and basic web development to ensure our digital content is optimized, accessible, and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SEO, web development, and design teams to implement SEO best practices across web and newsletter content.
• Develop user-friendly wireframes and prototypes to guide final webpage designs.
• Conduct SEO audits and apply on-page SEO improvements (e.g., metadata, keywords, internal linking).
• Provide recommendations to enhance site architecture, navigation, and overall user experience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align SEO, UI/UX, and content goals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Understanding of UX principles and experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience with nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus, but not required.
