This role requires balancing detailed writing with larger-scale product storytelling and content architecture.

Partner with product teams to write material from error messages to onboarding flows and system templates.
Extend brand values into the product experience with persuasive, human-centered copy.
Create and socialize guidelines for style, mechanics, shared language, and system-wide voice consistency; define and evolve the architecture of reusable content components; establish principles for how we utilize channels (in-app, email, notifications, etc.) and their cadence.
Collaborate with research and design to test and refine messaging.
Support major initiatives by partnering with product designers and PMMs to help customers understand new developments.
What we’re looking for 5–7 years of experience in Content Design or Product Writing with experience balancing writing craft and system thinking.
Ability to move between detail-oriented execution and team-wide strategy.
Strong communication skills: advocate for voice, consistency, and clarity across disciplines.
Proactive partner who brings ideas as well as execution.
Curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to experiment.
FinTech experience is a plus.
