## Sr. Director Product Management, Marketer Experience* Own product strategy/definition, vendor management, and feature deployment for the end to end associate experience used by thousands of marketers at Capital One* Develop enterprise strategy in partnership with lines of businesses for evolution of tools, capabilities and processes to accelerate our marketing campaign creation and execution.* Serve as the subject matter expert for our products and processes - understanding the end to end Messaging and MarTech stack and identifying opportunities for innovation, modernization and simplification.* Drive alignment with executive leadership, cross-functional teams across the companies and, and third parties.* **Intellectually Curious.** You’re comfortable navigating between the big ideas and executional realities to create an achievable strategic Product Vision. You are also able to coach others and be a mentor in product development.* At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: + A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration* At least 5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering* Experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology* MBA or Master’s degree* At least 5 years of experience in Agile product managementCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
