Jack Morton Worldwide is hiring: Associate Producer in Los Angeles

Overview Associate Producer role at Jack Morton Worldwide, embedded with one of our key clients. Must be based in the Southern California area and be willing to travel to the office in El Segundo at least three days a week. What You’ll Be Doing Source and evaluate venues for hosted events, balancing quality with budget considerations Track the delivery of conference materials and shipments, proactively addressing and resolving any logistical delays Manage swag inventory across multiple regions, including placing regular orders and sourcing new items as needed Prepare and reconcile event estimates, budgets, and post-event actuals Manage expense reporting and coordinate conference invoice submissions Manage the onboarding of new vendors to ensure smooth procurement Oversee the ordering and coordination of swag, marketing materials, and other event-related collateral Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on budgets, timelines, and event deliverables Maintain accurate records of event assets, inventory performance, and vendor relationships Contribute to the continuous improvement of event management processes and workflows What You’ll Bring To Jack Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, event planning/hospitality, or a related field 5+ years of experience in event planning, preferably within financial services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom Meeting, Cvent Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent budgeting skills, ability to manage, monitor and reconcile budget effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly detail-oriented with commitment to ensuring accuracy and high-quality results Accountable, results-driven, and able to take ownership of responsibilities Ability to work under tight deadlines Who You Are Extraordinary!
