At Master Electronics , we’re growing our digital footprint and seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to lead strategy and execution across OnlineComponents and other digital channels. You’ll shape how customers discover, engage with, and experience our brand through impactful performance marketing, SEO, content, and lifecycle initiatives that fuel acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. What you will do

  • Lead a holistic digital marketing strategy across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Oversee performance marketing — including paid search, social, display, and marketplace advertising — optimizing budgets and ROI across platforms.
  • Own SEO and content growth, ensuring our product pages, categories, and site architecture are optimized for visibility, discoverability, and user experience.
  • Guide the content and lifecycle marketing teams, creating scalable workflows, automations, and campaigns that enhance loyalty and long-term customer value.
  • Improve conversion and digital experience through A/B testing, personalization, and UX collaboration that strengthens every step of the funnel.
  • Analyze and report on performance, tracking KPIs like CAC, LTV, and ROAS while delivering insights that shape data-driven decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing digital team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability across Marketing, Sales, Marketplace, and eCommerce teams.

What you bring to the table

  • Proven success leading digital marketing strategy and execution in eCommerce, driving measurable growth in traffic, conversion, and retention.
  • 7–10 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise across paid media, SEO, CRM/email marketing, analytics, and content optimization, with a passion for performance and innovation.
  • Experience managing high-SKU product catalogs and large-scale content operations, ideally in B2B or technical product environments.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and partner effectively across Sales, Product, and Operations.
