Position Overview
Cumulus Media | (Atlanta, GA) has an immediate, fully remote (US-based) opening for a Station Digital Ad Ops Manager. The Station Digital Ad Ops Manager is an advertising professional role focused on campaign management and fulfillment for our owned and operated digital assets. You will manage the creation and successful implementation of campaigns across multiple local markets, covering campaign setup, trafficking creative, implementing best practices, troubleshooting and optimizing delivery issues, forecasting available inventory, and pre- and post-sale reporting. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, proactive and a self-starter, with a strong eye for technical details, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Station Digital Ad Ops.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end campaign fulfillment for our digital assets, including streaming, podcasting, and display campaigns
- Troubleshoot ad-serving errors and reporting discrepancies
- Develop in-depth reports for pacing, inventory availability, and billing reconciliation
- Collaborate cross-functionally across local market and corporate teams
- Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Support our local markets to ensure adherence to best practices for fulfillment of campaigns and billing
- Assist with small projects on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field preferred, but not required
- 1-2 years of related experience in ad operations or campaign fulfillment
- Understanding and experience with digital ad products, measurement and platforms
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms; specific experience with streaming and digital platforms such as Adswizz, Triton, Google Ad Manager, Omny Studio, Megaphone is a plus
- Experience implementing, testing/QA testing third party tags
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical aspects to cross-functional teams
- Effective time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based environment
- Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized, with multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Quick learner and self-starter
- Comfort with reporting and using data sets for deeper analysis
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
- Experience in a queue management/ticketing system is a plus
