Doneref is hiring: Video Editor volunteer remote, Italy in Town of Italy

We are seeking a Video Editor to join our game development team. As the Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing visual content primarily in vertical formats, as well as more professional materials for brand representation. You will collaborate closely with the Community Manager within the Marketing Team to ensure our content connects with our audience, strengthens our brand identity, and supports our marketing goals.

While collaborating as a Video Editor, you will be responsible for:

• Ideate and produce vertical content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Experiment with social formats and trends, adapting them to our context.
• Create content with a more professional tone for brand communication.
• Use DaVinci Resolve (or similar software) for editing and post-production.
• Collaborate closely with the Community Manager and support the execution of an ongoing marketing plan.

At Doneref, we believe that the willingness to learn, professionalism, and effective communication are the key elements in acquiring new skills while working together. This is the reason why we do not have any other mandatory requirements.

However, for the Video Editor role, any of the following experiences would be a plus:

• Video editing with DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Basic marketing knowledge or community engagement experience.
• Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
• Experience creating both casual and professional-style content.
• Knowledge of Italian meme culture.
• Knowledge of English and international meme culture.
