Job Summary
The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies set by the Sr. Marketing Manager that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation, while aligning with the Mauro Motors brand values and image. The ideal candidate is a car enthusiast with a passion for digital marketing, storytelling, and is an outgoing person who flourishes on camera.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with and carry out the development, implementation, and management of social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including images, videos, and graphics showcasing vehicles, promotions, customer testimonials, behind-the-scenes dealership content, and dealership events.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals and campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics and provide insights on content effectiveness, audience growth, and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to keep Mauro Motors at the forefront of digital social media marketing.
- Work with the Video Production Specialist to capture high-quality content for social media use.
- Engage with local automotive communities, influencers, and brand ambassadors to increase reach and engagement.
- Assist in managing online reputation by addressing customer concerns and promoting positive dealership experiences.
