About The Role

• As a UI/UX developer lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing rich and engaging graphical user interfaces and user experiences for web applications using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks and tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX developers, ensuring quality and consistency of work.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, preferences, and feedback.
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to evaluate usability and effectiveness of UI/UX designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and documentation to communicate UI/UX designs to developers and customers.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in UI/UX design and development.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/tools such as React, Angular, Bootstrap, Material Design, etc.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• Experience in engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user research, testing, and analysis.
• A strong portfolio of UI/UX design projects demonstrating skills and creativity.
• Keen eye for aesthetics, usability, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Work Location: Dulles, VA area (on-site work only)
