The Opportunity
As a UI/UX Strategist you will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to translate research into actionable user insights and design experiences that deliver functionality and efficiency. You will lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process—information architecture, rapid prototyping, interface design, usability testing, and product implementation and development—while prioritizing accessibility and end‑user centered design.
You Have
- 5+ years of UI/UX development experience creating wireframes, high‑resolution concepts, and interactive prototypes.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+ and a framework such as React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience integrating UI components with back‑end APIs (Node.js, Python, or REST).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508).
- Ability to develop product roadmaps, present designs, and advocate for design‑centric improvements.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Human‑Computer Interaction.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience with version control and code/design reviews.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and proactive work style.
- Ability to build trust with clients and collaborate with onsite staff.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must have TS/SCI clearance.
Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500 – $176,000 annualized USD. Benefits include health, life, disability, retirement, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and dependent care. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model
- If the position is remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
- If the position is onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person as needed.
