Accodian LLC is hiring: Microsoft Technical Business Analyst (with UI/UX Experie

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Work closely with development teams to design scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, .NET).

• Partner with UI/UX designers to define user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes ensuring optimal usability and visual consistency.

• Develop and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, and system documentation.

• Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Perform impact analysis, gap assessments, and support system integrations or modernization initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and design teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA, preferably in Microsoft environments.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Azure services, Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint.

• Experience with UI/UX processes, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Miro).

• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
