Position Overview We have an exciting opportunity to support the rapid growth of our Home Office in Austin, TX! Reporting to the Director of Visual Merchandising & Visual Experience, our Senior Manager of VM Presentation will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of all brand presentation initiatives, ensuring a cohesive, compelling, and consistent visual identity across all customer touchpoints. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, product development, merchandising, planning and allocation, and retail to deliver innovative brand experiences that align with Kendra Scott’s objectives and enhance consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand storytelling, visual merchandising, and project management, with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects from concept to completion. Candidates should have a drive for creating seasonal sets that are designed to drive the business and inspire our internal and external customers. Candidates should be self-driven, a people leader, have the ability to influence others including upper leadership, and possess strong relationship-building skills and high resourcefulness.

High Level Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of brand presentation strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and corporate communications across Retail Channel
Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines and strategies to ensure a consistent brand message across all retail locations
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor team ensuring high-quality output and alignment with brand standards
Project Management: Oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Operations, Product, Visual Operations and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling across Retail touchpoints
Trend & Consumer Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform brand presentation strategies and make data-driven decisions
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs related to brand presentation, including consumer engagement, sales impact, and market growth, to guide future strategies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Utilizes strong business acumen to make thoughtful and strategic decisions that lead to creative solutions; develops seasonal visual merchandising strategies; ensures alignment with seasonal objectives and business priorities; identifies gaps to improve processes; owns seasonal window styling and field direction; manages seasonal communications and directives; builds cross-functional partnerships to influence product assortments and communications; collaborates with Merchandising & Allocation for pre-season strategies; ensures store layouts support assortments; manages assortment changes; owns end-to-end Retail process with Marketing & Creative; conducts walkthroughs; protects brand experience across the fleet; develops partnerships to ensure fleet-wide consistency; leads seasonal window styling and resource development; creates end-to-end experiences aligned to target customer segments
Additional: Leads and elevates presentation effectiveness across the product pipeline to drive measurable business impact
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
Product obsessed visual merchandiser with a minimum of 7+ years' experience in both field and corporate settings
Strong fashion styling sense with impeccable taste level and the ability to incorporate new trends into visual projects
Highly creative critical thinker and problem solver who is familiar with developing smart solutions on limited resources
Strong leader that builds partnerships and uses persuasive skillset to influence decision making
Keen eye and meticulous attention to details
Ability to take feedback and work through ambiguity
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand presentation strategies in a retail or consumer-facing environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a creative team
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
