About The Team
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Product leader to join the Enterprise MarTech organization. As part of the role, you will:
- Own product strategy/definition, vendor management, and feature deployment for the end-to-end associate experience used by thousands of marketers
- Develop enterprise strategy in partnership with lines of business to evolve tools, capabilities, and processes for faster marketing campaign creation and execution
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our products and processes—understanding the end-to-end Messaging and MarTech stack and identifying opportunities for innovation and modernization
- Drive alignment with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and third parties

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- At least 9 years of experience in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with expected degree completion by start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology
- MBA or Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Agile product management
