Overview

Marketing Analyst role at Zoho, with ManageEngine as the IT management division. Join a centralized marketing team supporting marketing of enterprise IT solutions across 190 countries. This role is hybrid out of the Austin office and may require domestic and international travel, including collaboration across global time zones.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and best practices to drive effective marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay on top of relevant technology trends.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various marketing channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, web analytics) and provide business intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators of campaigns and provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct customer analyses and segmentation, and generate dashboards/reports that provide insights into behavioral patterns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, finance) to enhance customer engagements from a marketing perspective; perform A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaigns.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by working with data management and reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing analysis and customer reports. Experience in B2B/high-tech products/services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign tracking methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media analysis.

Salary and benefits

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Permanent employees are offered competitive pay and a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a company-sponsored 401k.
