Overview

The Advisory Realty Group is a fast-growing, collaborative real estate team dedicated to exceptional client service and community connection. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across print, digital, and in-person experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Design – Create and manage trifolds, mailers, flyers, business cards, and riders that reflect our team’s brand standards. Design and produce graphics for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Maintain consistent visual identity across all materials and platforms.
  • Marketing Campaigns – Plan and execute direct mail campaigns, listing promotions, and community mailers. Manage and distribute the Monthly Market Newsletter and Advisory Team Newsletter. Assist agents with custom marketing materials for listings or personal branding needs.
  • Events & Client Experience – Coordinate and promote team and client events — from seasonal gatherings to appreciation parties. Support event logistics, design signage, and oversee post-event marketing follow-up.
  • Digital & Website – Update and maintain team website content, ensuring listings, bios, and events stay current. Collaborate on website design updates and new landing pages. Optimize content for branding consistency and lead generation.
  • Brand Coordination – Partner with leadership to ensure all marketing aligns with team messaging and vision. Maintain marketing timelines and track projects to completion.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing or design experience (real estate experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with website management platforms (Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress)
  • Excellent writing, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design and storytelling
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation

$55,000 per year
