Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Marketing Associate to assist in creating high-end designs for a variety of projects such as marketing flyers, social media content, postcards, brochures, and email blasts. You will serve as the subject matter expert to our agents when they have marketing needs, and you will provide marketing support for their real estate listings.

This is an entry-level role. We recognize that having previous experience is a plus, but ultimately we are seeking a motivated and highly detailed individual who is proactive, values teamwork, and willing to engage with all personality types.
Responsibilities Include
- Create marketing flyers to promote real estate properties using Adobe InDesign Templates, Canva, or similar programs.
- Create marketing content on social media platforms and manage posts ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
- Create and send marketing materials to prospects (emails, newsletters, email blasts, mail outs, etc).
- Create email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, Active Pipe, and/or similar programs.
- Serve as liaison between agents and the marketing team to understand their business needs and provide marketing support for their listings.
- Engage and coordinate with agents to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage and complete multiple marketing projects simultaneously and successfully.
- Track marketing performance and conduct marketing research.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.
Experience and Skills
- Previous professional experience in a marketing and/or graphic design role preferred.
- Previous marketing experience using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Photoshop, and/or similar programs.
- Previous experience with email marketing campaigns using Hubspot, Mailchimp, Active Pipe, or similar software is a plus.
- Previous experience creating content and managing posts for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
- Google Analytics and Google Ads experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in office software including Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Previous experience and/or knowledge in real estate is a plus.
- Proven ability to use excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.
- Proven experience excelling at multitasking and taking initiative.
