We are looking for a marketer who sits at the intersection of growth, brand, product, and operations to develop integrated marketing strategies for our consumer business. The integrated marketing team translates business goals into marketing strategies and acts as the general manager across the organization to bring those strategies to market. The Role The Brand Media team is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer to grow DoorDash's Marketplace. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Brand Media and will be responsible for end-to-end media campaign management, including strategic recommendations, execution, and reporting. You will play a foundational role in redefining the company’s brand media approach as it shifts from traditional mass awareness to more focused media impact that grows brand health and long-term monthly active user goals across key audiences. You will help reimagine how we drive deeper consumer engagement across use cases, product offerings, and partnerships in sports and entertainment, across emerging media platforms and occasions. Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day operational management of brand media campaign execution and management, including media recommendation, budget management, and data/analytical reporting Work closely with agency partners to develop media and brand media integration strategies and tactical recommendations to deliver against business briefs and grow brand consideration for key audiences and brand health Collaborate cross-functionally to inform media recommendations using subject matter expertise, consumer knowledge, and research data Deliver succinct executive communication through post-campaign reports, data insights, and go-forward recommendations for other cross-functional stakeholders Own work streams with strong project management and executional excellence to ensure campaign deliverables stay on track to deadlines and goals, and on budget Act as the SME for our partners’ products, with a deep understanding of their offerings and the ability to connect brand media to adjacent teams such as partnerships and brand strategy/creative to elevate GTM media strategies and plans Establish new processes and playbooks required to optimize internal cross-functional team operations and with external agency partners, and develop best practices Work with analytics and media partners to develop a roadmap for testing and experimentation (e.g., incrementality testing, new product formats, beta features) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus 6+ years managing and executing strategic and tactical, large-scale advertising campaigns across brand media channels (i.e. OTT/CTV, streaming audio, OOH, brand partnerships such as sports and entertainment media IP, content and social); experience with paid media planning, buying, and optimization either at an agency or in-house as a client, ideally at a high-growth consumer brand Clear and succinct written communication and comfort presenting to executive audiences and cross-functional partners Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and make data-driven decisions while maintaining bias for action Ability to collaborate across marketing, partnerships, content, analytics, and other teams in a matrixed organization Creative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems and build new processes with limited resources Why You’ll Love Working at DoorDash We are leaders — Leadership is embraced by everyone at DoorDash We are doers — Building solutions to shape our future every day We are learners — Continual learning on the job for all employees We are customer-obsessed — We empower local economies and connect people with possibilities We are all DoorDash — Our people make our goals attainable and drive us to greater heights We expect this position to be filled by 12/8/25. Compensation and Benefits The starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized by work location. Ranges may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunities for equity grants. For salaried roles: flexible paid time off, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year For hourly roles: vacation and sick time accrual details available on request National base pay range for this position within the United States: $129,200—$190,000 USD.
