Stonington Public Library seeks an experienced community organizer to serve as its director. This key leadership role oversees all operations, resources, and programming for our small but vibrant town and surrounding communities.
The director is responsible for: daily management, staff supervision, planning diverse programs, financial oversight and fundraising, and robust community engagement. Must have 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in a library, school, nonprofit, or community organization, a proven ability to build partnerships, and strong technical skills. Fundraising experience is preferred.
