Your Role We’re looking for a Generative Concept Artist to help define the visual tone of our world—from detailed biomes and settlements to armor tiers and environmental storytelling. You’ll use a combination of generative AI tools like Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Flux, and custom LoRAs to create photorealistic concepts that guide the rest of the team. This is not a traditional concept art role—it’s fast, iterative, and grounded in high-end realism.
Responsibilities Generate high-quality concept art and visual references using a mix of AI and traditional workflows
Use tools like ComfyUI, Flux, and Stable Diffusion (with ControlNet, LoRAs, etc.) to create reproducible and editable visual directions, using Image-to-image and text-to-image workflows
Translate prompts and creative briefs into cohesive visual moodboards, biome layouts, architecture, props, and character looks
Blend AI outputs with automatic and manual touch-up (e.g., using In-/Outpaint, Photoshop or equivalent tools)
Build a re-usable visual language and reference library for worldbuilding, gear tiers, and faction aesthetics
Work closely with the Art and design team to ensure all visuals support gameplay and tone
Requirements 3+ years experience in concept art, visual development, or similar fields
A strong portfolio showing realistic or cinematic concept art (characters, environments, props)
Proficiency in AI-driven workflows: Stable Diffusion , ComfyUI , InvokeAI , or similar
Understanding of prompt engineering, ControlNet, and image-to-image workflows
Skilled in Photoshop (or equivalent) for refinement, paintovers, and layout
Strong visual storytelling skills with a grounded, worldbuilding-first mindset
