Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can own client relationships, manage campaigns, optimize strategy, and deliver measurable results. Since this portfolio is relatively small, delivering white-glove service is exceptionally important. Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for escape room clients Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROI Handle incoming, pre-vetted sales calls and assess whether prospects are a good fit for our portfolio (Zoom only, no cold calling) Oversee onboarding for new clients, including account setup, tracking, and campaign launches Provide clear weekly reporting with insights and optimization plans Contribute to marketing content by creating a "Win of the Week" YouTube Short every three weeks (rotation with other team members) Stay current with ad platform changes, trends, and competitive strategies Support our small team on additional projects outside of core ad management as needed Requirements Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns (portfolio or case studies required) Excellent communication skills; confident leading client and prospect Zoom calls Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and lead generation Must be located within driving distance of Tempe, AZ Qualifications & Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset; eager to grow with a company Interest in broader marketing strategy, not just ads Curious about SaaS and tech; interest in helping drive Sydnee, a client portal platform for freelancers and agencies Benefits $50k salary Hybrid working conditions (remote + in-person collaboration) All federal holidays off + PTO 401k & Health Insurance benefits How To Apply If this role sounds like a fit, please include your portfolio or case studies showing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns you’ve managed, in addition to your resume.
