About The Role
Artbot is at the intersection of media, creative and ad tech, and nowhere is this better personified
than through a strategist. The Strategy team is a pivotal part of Artbot, that helps set the tone and
drive the growth of our core DCO product offering.
Your primary role will be the creation and implementation of dynamic creative strategies, as well as
completing regular creative data analysis projects to measure the success of our campaigns. You will
be required to maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders (including clients, media agencies
& creative agencies), throughout the end-to-end DCO campaign process. An Artbot strategist is
expected to have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
This is to ensure Artbot’s strategies & technologies continue to stay market-leading in the
ever-evolving digital space.
You Will
Develop and execute dynamic creative strategies aligned to client objectives and KPIs
Deliver best-in-class work by balancing data-driven insights with creative excellence
Partner with internal teams to integrate personalization tactics (dynamic-feed ad serving, HTML5)
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, internal teams, and agency partners
Drive clear communication and collaboration across the campaign lifecycle
Define measurement frameworks, track performance, and turn insights into optimization recommendations
Ensure creative outputs meet high standards for visual quality, effectiveness, and brand alignment; provide constructive feedback to creative teams
Stay current on programmatic, social, and emerging platforms; share trends and identify innovation opportunities
Contribute to a strong Strategy team culture—share knowledge, support peers, and approach challenges with a proactive, positive mindset
You Have
3+ years of experience in a relevant digital media or creative strategy role
Solid understanding of the digital media landscape, including media planning, buying, and activation principles across programmatic and/or social platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
High attention to detail, particularly regarding creative aesthetics and large data sets
Ability to think strategically and apply analytical rigor to deliver against client KPIs
Confidence in managing and nurturing stakeholder relationships with clear, effective communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; able to pull insights, craft a narrative from
data, and present recommendations persuasively
Confident, diligent, and eager to develop expertise and grow in the role
Nice-to-have
Experience with social ads manager platforms (eg, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn
Ads)
Familiarity with dynamic-feed ad serving, HTML5 capabilities, and creative production processes
Previous experience working on DCO campaigns or other personalization-driven advertising solutions

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
Salary Range
$70,000—$85,000 USD
