Overview Performance Creative Strategist at Method Recruiting, a 3x Inc. 5000 company. A growing consumer brand is looking for a highly motivated, creative, and hard-working superstar to drive performance marketing growth efforts — i.e., make a billion high-converting video ads for social media. You'll own the process from end to end: brainstorming creative ways to sell products via video, sourcing content creators, building briefs, executing in-house productions, storyboarding ads, and analyzing performance. This role is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who loves creating video content that sells. Responsibilities Brainstorm creative ways to sell products in social media video ads Research consumer behavior, competitor strategies, and social trends to inform creative direction Source content creators and/or execute internal video productions to develop new visual assets Create clear, strategic briefs for content creators to bring your vision to life Storyboard specific video ads — from writing scripts to selecting visuals (you\'ll do a LOT of this!)
