Director Of Marketing And Development at Color Interiors Location: Greater Houston Area – Based out of The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Conroe, TX Type: Contract Compensation: Commission We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cabinet Designer – Outside Sales Representative to join our team, serving the Greater Houston Area with a focus on kitchen and bath remodels as well as custom home projects . This role will operate between our three Design Center locations in The Woodlands, Magnolia, and Conroe, Texas . This is a client-facing sales and design role that combines creative design skills with strong project coordination and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Work with homeowners, builders, and contractors on cabinetry design for kitchens, baths, and other interior spaces Conduct on-site measurements and consultations throughout the Greater Houston Area Create accurate layouts, elevations, and photorealistic renderings using 20/20 Design, Design Flex , or similar software Present design concepts and proposals to clients at one of our three design centers or in-home Prepare quotes, order cabinetry, and manage the project through to installation Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with clients and installers Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business Requirements: Experience in cabinet design, preferably in remodeling or custom homes Proficiency with Design 20/20 , Design Flex , or comparable CAD/rendering software Ability to accurately measure spaces and translate field data into precise designs Strong understanding of cabinet construction, styles, materials, and finishes Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an outside sales or design consultant role Familiarity with cabinetry lines from semi-custom to fully custom Knowledge of residential construction processes and timelines Background in Interior Design, Kitchen & Bath Design, or related field Why Join Us?
