Overview Cabinet Designer – High-End Custom We are looking for an outgoing and professional Cabinet Designer experienced with High-End Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry and Millwork to join an exciting new opportunity with a growing team. The Cabinet Designer will be responsible for designing a variety of styles and product models while working closely with homeowners, builders, and designers. The Cabinet Designer will consider the intended purposes of each project, along with the clients style preferences when drafting and designing plans and layouts. Job Type: Full Time, On-site/Hybrid Responsibilities Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential Utilize 20/20 software to design High-End Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Design cabinetry and work with customers up to and through the sales process on cabinets and related products (hardware, countertops, etc.) Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt sales strategies and capitalize on market opportunities Identify and develop prospects and establish new business Presents estimates/proposals to new and existing customers and follows up to close sale Ensure exceptional customer service, timely resolution of customer issues, and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction levels Requirements Minimum 5+ years of Cabinetry Design & Sales experience with High-End Residential Construction projects Highly proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts Experienced in cabinetry design, field & final measurements Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency and ability to multitask Proficient in 20/20 software, related software may be considered Ability to recognize the clients needs and sell within the catalog of products Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Resumes can be sent to chris.walsh@gogpac.com or you can reach out directly to 561-206-3703 #J-18808-Ljbffr
