Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the revenue department by developing proposals and marketing collateral, crafting compelling stories through design to showcase sponsorship/ticket assets including in-stadium signage, social/digital sponsorships, hospitality, fan giveaways, customized promotions, and more. The ideal candidate for this position must be a multi-talented visual artist who thrives in a team environment for a deadline-oriented department. Exceptional project management skills are essential. Employees are expected to follow all Cincinnati Reds policies and procedures, serve as positive role models, and manage their workload effectively. This includes demonstrating flexibility, prioritizing tasks efficiently, and meeting departmental productivity standards. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree required in Graphic Design of similar area of study Experience 1 - 3 years of Graphic Design Experience Skills Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and InDesign is mandatory. Desired Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree required in Graphic Design of similar area of study Experience 3 - 5 years of Graphic Design Experience Skills Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and InDesign is mandatory.
