Opportunity
We’re looking for a Media Manager to join our Client Services team. Your main focus will be to handle client relationships and serve as the face of Flywheel in a lead role. This position involves working with large clients to solve complex Amazon challenges and grow their business through e-commerce media strategies.
What you’ll do
Lead daily and bi-weekly client engagements and drive strategy discussions
Support planning and development of budgets and deliver campaigns based on agreed KPIs
Provide guidance on product optimizations and educate clients on best-in-class strategies
Manage keyword selection and optimal bid levels across advertising options
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, analytics, and performance insights
Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and communicate results and insights
Create, test, measure and analyze customer shopping and purchasing behavior for improved outcomes
Manage promotional planning calendar for client campaigns
Provide mentorship to junior team members to support their growth
Monitor campaign activity against budgets and pacing
Review search and display activity with regular analysis
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Retail) as needed
Translate industry trends into tailored client recommendations
Identify new opportunities and quickly resolve client issues
Highlight Flywheel’s value to clients
Travel required based on client needs
Who you are
4+ years of experience in account management and client-facing roles
Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on Amazon platforms
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
Detail-oriented with good project management and organizational skills; able to meet tight deadlines
Experience developing, managing, and analyzing online promotion campaigns
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Innovative, adaptable, and able to drive decisions using data
Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with minimal supervision
Flywheel Commerce Network is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are based on factors including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Salary Range: $78,000 USD - $110,000 USD
