The Opportunity A results-oriented Bilingual Senior Manager of PP&T (Price, Promotion, and Trade) is sought to lead revenue growth and profitability by strategically managing pricing, promotional activities, and trade spend. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to ensure alignment and effective implementation of pricing, trade, and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities Oversees ROI pre-assessment using sales forecasts to guide strategic resource allocation and investment decisions
Develops and executes pricing strategies by aligning with the product management team to set prices across channels, optimizing price points
Analyzes market trends and competitive pricing to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for optimization
Develops and implements promotional strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences
Monitors and evaluates promotional performance for adjustments based on performance and market trends
Develops trade strategies and plans with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align with growth and profit objectives
Optimizes trade spending by analyzing trade promotion executions to improve ROI and influence key customers
Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and influence decision-making
Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
Master’s degree (MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pricing, promotion management, or trade optimization
Deep understanding of pricing strategies (cost-based, competitive, penetration, value-based)
Experience with analytical tools and methodologies for pricing and promotion optimization
Proven ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional partners, and engage senior leadership
Korean and English fluency required; strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with and managing data warehousing systems for large datasets
Compensation $103,000 - $175,000 USD
