We’re looking for a Digital Art Director who thrives at the intersection of visual design, user experience, and storytelling. This is a hands-on creative role focused on shaping the digital presence of a high-end brand through elegant, system-driven design.
At the start, your primary focus will be leading the visual direction and UX/UI design for a large-scale website redesign and migration project, refining 600+ pages into a cohesive, elevated, and responsive experience. You’ll create scalable design systems that marry creativity with consistency and collaborate closely with developers, writers, and global brand partners.
Once the platform launches, your scope will expand to include campaign landing pages, CRM, and digital experiences — bringing brand moments to life across web, social, and experiential touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
Direct and execute the visual design and UX/UI layout for a major brand website migration project
Develop scalable Figma systems with robust component libraries and responsive templates
Partner with creative and development teams to deliver pixel-perfect, ADA-compliant web experiences
Translate brand identity into digital storytelling through typography, color, layout, and motion
Create assets across channels — landing pages, CRM emails, social content, and digital activations
Collaborate cross-functionally with copy, dev, and account teams to maintain design consistency
QA final builds to ensure quality, performance, and accessibility
What You Bring
3–5+ years of experience in digital design, art direction, or UX/UI (agency or in-house)
Advanced skills in Figma , Photoshop, Illustrator; motion and AI tools a plus
Deep understanding of responsive and accessible design systems
Strong visual sensibility — modern typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy
Experience collaborating with developers and managing creative handoffs
Background designing for premium or luxury brands preferred
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-obsessed
