Short Description: We’re looking for a hybrid Creative Ads Copywriter to join a fast-paced, performance-driven team. This role blends creative direction and copywriting to craft high-converting paid ad campaigns. You’ll work across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, collaborating with growth and media teams to develop ad copy, lead creative strategy, and manage end-to-end campaign execution. Compensation: Competitive salary in USD Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+) Location : 100% Remote Start Date: ASAP What We Offer: A creative, high-performance team environment Full ownership of campaigns from concept to delivery Ongoing learning opportunities across media, design, and strategy Collaboration with experienced designers and media buyers Responsibilities: Copywriting & Messaging (40%) Write and iterate copy for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube ads, and landing pages Turn buyer personas and testing data into compelling ad messages Develop strategic messaging that drives conversions Creative Direction & Visual Strategy (40%) Create clear, actionable briefs for designers, including visual direction, video cuts, and image ideas Analyze previous ad performance to identify winning angles and guide creative iterations Source and share creative references, benchmarks, and swipe files from other brands and markets Ensure that all creative assets are aligned with buyer personas, brand voice, and performance insights Review existing client assets to draw inspiration and ensure proposed ideas are realistic and feasible to produce Collaboration & Review (20%) Lead internal reviews before delivering to clients Work with designers, media buyers, and content teams to launch full campaigns Oversee creative execution from idea to final asset Qualifications: 3+ years in performance copywriting or creative strategy Proven portfolio of high-performing paid ads (Meta required, TikTok/YouTube a plus) Strong creative briefing and feedback skills Familiar with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite (no need to design, just direct) Solid grasp of brand voice, messaging hierarchy, and positioning Ability to turn audience insights into creative that converts Bonus Points: Experience in CRO or landing page copy Understanding of SEO fundamentals Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks #J-18808-Ljbffr
