Paid Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Our rapidly expanding e‑commerce brands Sistaco & Wylera Hair seek an experienced Paid Ads Specialist (Media Buyer) to join our team and help take us to the next level in our expansion. This position is 100% remote.

About the role

  • Setup, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across our brand portfolio in 5 countries, with expansion and new markets soon.
  • Advertise across international markets, successfully managing multi‑currency ad campaigns.
  • Manage and allocate ad spend and budgets with a close eye.
  • Adjust and optimise campaigns based on consumer behaviour and results, continually evolving and improving campaign performance.
  • Develop and manage customer funnels, whilst integrating our omnichannel tech stack.
  • Prepare reports, interpret data and offer strategic recommendations to improve performance.
  • Liaise with internal creative and project team members to develop effective performance‑driven assets (copy, images, videos, landing pages, etc.).
  • Ensure campaigns are set up and structured correctly to enable accurate measurement of data.
  • Develop processes to ensure consistency in delivery.
  • Log changes to campaigns to ensure results can be analysed and improved.

About You

  • Highly experienced in advertising for e‑commerce brands.
  • Experience in managing multi‑currency ad campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑paced and ambitious environment.
  • 3+ years in the marketing industry; leadership experience is also beneficial.
  • Understanding of international markets and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience working in the paid traffic space with Facebook & Instagram Ads as the major focus. Experience with Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and TikTok Ads is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns & tasks at once.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in structuring sales funnels and their implementation in campaign design and platform set up.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high levels of competency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Proven track record working across multiple campaigns and delivering real results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPAs.
  • Ability to confidently communicate campaign objectives, results, timelines and deliverables to business stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously.

Compensation

California, United States $125,000 – $135,000
