Creative Lead - Politix We seek candidates who are passionate brand ambassadors and contribute to our team's performance. This role develops and leads the creative direction of the Politix brand across all customer touch points, collaborates with the marketing team on briefs to execution, and ensures brand identity is executed consistently to elevate the brand, optimise customer experience, and support commercial outcomes.
This role leads and inspires a team of in-house graphic designers to concept, design and develop all creative assets for POLITIX campaigns and brand activity.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the creative direction and development of marketing campaigns from concept through execution across customer channels, in response to Marketing Plans, Seasonal Creative Briefs and Range Presentations
Design and develop artwork for all marketing communications; create shoot concepts or adapt concepts from external agencies into channel assets and roll out
Provide recommendations and support Marketing Manager in briefing external partners (photographers, videographers, talent, stylists, producers, set design, location)
Ensure assets meet specific channel requirements based on performance analytics and channel specifications
Oversee the creative direction for website creative and photography, including style guide, set design and talent recommendations; revisit seasonally as needed
Collaborate with marketing and online teams to ensure creative synergy across shoots for website, campaigns, social and still life, with content usable across channels
Consider the UX journey and optimise design for desktop/mobile use
Develop packaging and collateral for products, campaigns, events and activations in response to briefs from the wider team
Manage weekly creative workflow, allocating jobs to deadlines and driving efficiencies
Analyse campaign performance and use insights to inform future creative development
Key Capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or design-related field preferred
5–8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion or retail (client or agency), managing art direction, copywriting, graphic design, shoot direction and production across stills and video
Proven cross-channel creative direction with strong brand expression across digital channels including social
Commercially aware with a track record of delivering creative that supports brand aesthetic and sales
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Exemplary knowledge of graphic design applications including InDesign and Photoshop
Experience with file management systems and workflow tools
