DeliverThat
We're hiring a Product Designer to own end-to-end design across our Driver App (iOS/Android), merchant tools, and internal ops dashboards. You'll turn messy, real-world constraints (timing, traffic, notifications, geolocation, edge cases) into simple, trustworthy flows.
The Role
What You'll Do
Own problems, not just screens: Frame customer/ops problems with PMs, propose approaches, and drive from discovery -> shipped -> iterated.
Design, prototype, validate: Create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes; refine based on insights and data.
Ship with Engineering: Specify behaviors, states, and edge cases; partner on event instrumentation and QA; validate in staging/production.
Research in the field: Interview drivers/merchants, join ride-alongs, and map service journeys across our multi-sided interfaces.
Qualifications
Portfolio with 2-3 case studies showing problem framing, constraints, rationale, and measurable impact.
Fluency in Figma (auto-layout, variants, tokens, dev mode), prototyping tools (Figma Prototype/others), and designing for iOS & Android patterns.
Strong interaction & systems design: state management, empty/error/offline states, notifications, and permission flows.
Accessibility literacy (contrast, type, hit targets, semantics) and pragmatic knowledge of HIG & Material.
Excellent written communication (rationales, specs, release notes) and collaboration with PM/EM/QA.
This role is remote, and based out of Canton/Cleveland, Ohio. Preference is given to residents of Ohio. Working in the Central or Eastern time zone is highly preferred.
