Overview Seasonal Ambassador - Fashion Mall at Keystone Location: Indianapolis, Indiana, United States Hours: 0-39 hours/week Contract Role Responsibilities Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales. Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Connect with customers and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions. Demonstrate product benefits and features. Seek opportunities to make customers\' day and leave the world Lusher than we found it. Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to bring in more traffic. Inspire others to join in making a positive impact. Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge with ongoing learning and by staying up-to-date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations. Team Involvement: Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance, support team growth, and increase sales. Take ownership of development, seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills. Stock and Inventory: Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales to improve customer experience. Policies and Procedures: Follow opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards. Qualifications Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Compensation: Keystone Fashion Mall Pay — $14.50 per hour Best of luck on your job search!
