Contract Role

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively work to grow your contribution to the store’s overall sales.
• Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience to every customer who walks through our doors. Connect with customers and identify their needs by listening attentively and asking open-ended questions. Demonstrate product benefits and features. Seek opportunities to make customers\' day and leave the world Lusher than we found it.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to bring in more traffic. Inspire others to join in making a positive impact.
• Product Passion: Continuously expand product knowledge with ongoing learning and by staying up-to-date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations.

• Team Involvement: Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance, support team growth, and increase sales. Take ownership of development, seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Encourage open communication and listen to team members\' perspectives related to DEIB. Foster belonging by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and valuing each employee\'s contributions.

Operational Excellence

• Time and Attendance: Be punctual and reliable. Participate in teamwork and stay informed about company updates.
• Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience.
• Stock and Inventory: Apply Visual Merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales to improve customer experience.
• Policies and Procedures: Follow opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:

• Experience with consultation-based customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics
• Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Compensation: Keystone Fashion Mall Pay — $14.50 per hour
