Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager reports to the VP, Sales and Marketing, and supports the execution of marketing initiatives to promote WRM’s brand and drive business growth. This role coordinates website and social media activities, assists with event logistics, and analyzes marketing data to support campaign development. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in promoting WRM’s mission, vision, and values internally and externally.
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinate with website vendors for social marketing, company updates, and website maintenance activities.
Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking.
Assist with industry event and exposition logistics, including registration, travel coordination, and marketing materials.
Analyze call center and CRM data to support go-to-market advertising campaigns that drive revenue growth.
Develop understanding of WRM’s business to identify marketing opportunities and support targeted campaigns.
Promote WRM’s mission, vision, and values through internal and external communications.
Prepare marketing reports and assist in presenting findings to leadership.
Support continuous improvement through workshops, webinars, and reviews.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with company brand guidelines.
Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics or similar tools.
Report on key metrics and recommend improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any direct reports.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Digital marketing and analytics certification is a plus.
CRM and Marketing Automation Certification such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing would be preferred.
Other certifications related to marketing would be a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required) plus 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a project leadership role, or equivalent education and/or experience.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel capabilities are required.
Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, events, etc.).
Proven track record of working with website vendors, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and analytics tools.
Experience in water, wastewater, or waste as well as environmental services is a plus.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage vendors, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
Ability to travel up to 10-15% for events and expos.
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (remote/in-office).

Habilidad para presentar estrategias y resultados de comercialización a la alta dirección. capacidad de viajar hasta el 10-15% para eventos y exposiciones. Capacitación para trabajar en un horario híbrido (remote / oficina).
