Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic social-first thinker who can conceptualize content that doesn’t just fill a feed but builds real connections. This role blends content creation, social strategy, and community management—you’ll be equally comfortable developing bold, trend-forward ideas, posting and engaging with audiences in real time, and shaping the voice of our clients’ brands online.
Your Impact
As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—bringing campaigns to life through native-first content while also managing the pulse of community interaction.
What Success Looks Like
You’re not just making content—you’re shaping brand presence. Your posts drive engagement, spark conversation, and keep audiences coming back.
Social calendars aren’t checklists—they’re strategically aligned, timely, and consistently delivering growth in reach, engagement, and audience loyalty.
Followers see a brand that feels alive—your quick responses, thoughtful community interactions, and on-brand tone make the audience feel seen and valued.
You balance creative risk with brand guardrails—your content feels fresh and trend-relevant while earning stakeholder trust and regulatory sign-off.
You thrive in brainstorms—your concepts translate into real campaigns that win client buy-in and energize internal teams.
Internal teams rely on you as the go-to for what’s next in social—your trend awareness, creative instinct, and structured approach bring momentum to every project.

Proficiency in tools such as: Design: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Presentation: Keynote, PowerPoint
Bonus: Familiarity with AI or generative design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Figma, 3D/AI design)
Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
