Responsibilities Develop and nurture referral partnerships to build a personal book of business. Leverage house leads provided initially to establish a strong foundation for success. Sell standard personal lines insurance products, with the opportunity to expand into high-net-worth accounts over time. Seek out and secure larger accounts with multiple lines of coverage. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless client experience. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in personal lines insurance is preferred but not required. Day-to-Day Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Quote and bind new business policies. Work towards transitioning from house leads to independently sourced accounts. Learn and develop expertise in high-net-worth insurance products. Collaborate with the team to strategize and achieve sales goals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
