This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the success of others. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering tailored insurance solutions to valued clients. Compensation Package Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually + commissions Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Provide tailored insurance solutions by quoting and renewing personal lines policies. Collaborate with carriers and utilize industry software to manage accounts effectively. Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to serving others in all client interactions. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with 0-1 years of experience will also be considered. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx or similar insurance software is a plus. Soft Skills: Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. A relationship builder with a service-oriented mindset. Confidence, accountability, and a positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
